Responsibilities

• Oversee social work services ensuring high quality, cost-effective psychosocial care.
• Lead and mentor social work staff, interns, and collaborating disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements and NASW Code of Ethics.
• Coordinate program priorities with Care Management and department leadership.
• Recruit, hire, and maintain appropriate staffing ratios and staff development.
