SPG Therapy & Education is a pediatric-focused organization seeking talented Speech Language Pathology Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current TX SLPA license or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating service delivery schedules for students.
• Maintain and check equipment, including AAC devices.
• Prepare materials for speech therapy activities as directed by supervising SLP.
• Conduct speech-language screenings using approved protocols under supervision.
• Follow and implement treatment plans developed by a supervising SLP.
• Document client progress toward meeting established goals.
