Job summary

Oaklin Lane, a neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic in Lake Highlands, is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join a mentoring team. You will deliver one-on-one therapy under supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Schedule is full-time with a four-day work week, no nights or weekends. Competitive salary range and benefits are provided, including mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Solid understanding of typical and disordered communication development in children.
• Experience with or strong interest in working with the pediatric population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Prepare engaging therapy materials tailored to each child’s needs.
• Document sessions in EMR with accuracy and care.
• Communicate clearly with kids, families, and interdisciplinary teammates.
• Attend team huddles and case discussions; pursue learning moments.
• Continue education and professional development to grow your craft.
