Job summary

Language Link Therapy, Inc. in Miami Gardens is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide therapy services to children aged 2-7. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, collaborating with caregivers, and documenting progress. Candidates should have experience with pediatric populations, with preference given to those experienced with ASD. A minimum of one year working as a licensed SLPA is required. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy treatment plans developed by supervising SLP.
• Provide direct therapy to pediatric patients aged 18 months to 10 years.
• Document sessions accurately and maintain SOAP notes.
• Collaborate with SLPs, ABA therapists, and teachers.
• Communicate effectively with parents about progress and strategies.
