Job summary

Children's Therapy Place, Inc. in Mountain Home, ID is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide outpatient therapy to children, evaluate and treat communication disorders, and collaborate with families and school staff to support developmental goals.

The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and guiding home programs and augmentative communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred/required.
• Idaho state licensure to practice as an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Provides pediatric speech-language pathology services in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluates clients and develops data-driven treatment plans.
• Implements and adjusts therapy plans to meet goals.
• Documents assessments, treatment, and progress; coordinates with families and professionals.
• Educates clients and families; guides home programs and augmentative communication strategies.
