Job summary

ABLE Kids in Georgia is hiring a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join a collaborative team with low caseloads and a predictable schedule. The role offers a stable, full-time position with a $65K-$80K salary and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

The SLP will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct language assessments, deliver therapy, monitor progress, and support CF supervision, OT, RBT, and BCBA collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and GA licensure or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification required or in process.
• Experience with pediatric language assessments and evidence-based tools.
• Ability to design and oversee individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Conduct pediatric language assessments using evidence-based tools (PLS, CAAP, etc.).
• Deliver therapy, monitor progress, and refine strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment (SLP, OT, RBT, BCBA).
• Supervise and support SLP-CF when available.
