Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Tennessee SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• Minimum one year of pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment services for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Support pediatric outpatient clinic and preschool programs as staffing needs arise.
• Work with children with ASD, developmental disorders, speech and language delays, hearing loss, fluency disorders, and AAC needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, language development, social participation, and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic according to organizational and regulatory standards.
