AchieveAbility Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team in a clinic and school-based setting. This W-2, benefits-eligible role is onsite at our clinics and Achievers Day School, offering stability, clinical support, and a positive culture.

The SLP will deliver high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and therapy to children aged 2–21, collaborating with RBTs, OTs, BCBAs, teachers, and leadership to ensure continuity of care and optimal

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with RBTs, OTs, BCBAs, and teachers.
• Comfortable supervising teachers, paras, and RBTs on communication strategies.
• Strong teamwork and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
• Develop and implement evidence-based, child-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with RBTs, OTs, teachers, and BCBAs on shared clients
• Participate in parent communication and caregiver training as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Support the development of communication skills across natural and structured settings
• AAC assessment, programming, and training
• Attend staff meetings, clinical collaboration meetings, and professional development
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and cohesive clinical culture
