Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work with children in a pediatric setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals, offering a balanced schedule and opportunities for leadership and specialization.

Candidates should hold an SLP-CCC, be actively licensed, and be prepared for ongoing CEUs and mentorship within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Active state SLP license is required.
• Licensing team assists if not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized pediatric SLP services.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Monitor progress across articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding if applicable.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
