Job summary

Paramount Pediatrics in Austell, GA is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Therapist to join our bilingual pediatric therapy clinic. The SLP will provide in-clinic therapy, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language needs.

Ideal candidates are licensed SLPs or CFs with strong communication skills and a passion for helping children reach their potential. Spanish-English bilingual is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Demonstrates a fun, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Comfortable conducting both evaluations and therapy sessions.
• Spanish-English bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to children in an in-person, clinic setting.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language delays or disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment.
• Provide education and counseling to families on communication strategies
