Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our pediatric therapy team. You will provide individualized services, conduct assessments, and develop therapy plans for children with communication and feeding needs.

The role offers a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and licensure reimbursement, plus a stable schedule, paid time off, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC‑SLP) required.
• Active state SLP license upon hire; licensing team assists if not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
