Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support pediatric clients. You will deliver individualized services, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with families and a team of OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals.

The role offers a predictable schedule, time off aligned with traditional breaks, ongoing CEUs, licensure and ASHA reimbursement, and opportunities for mentorship and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Active state SLP license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
