Job summary

Sidekick Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in homes, daycares, ABA centers, and our Cary, NC clinic. You will deliver pediatric therapy with a coaching model, engage families, and collaborate with care teams to meet individualized goals.

The role supports CF/CCC pathways, requires NC licensure eligibility, and emphasizes high-quality care with flexible service areas and strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification and NC licensure eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric populations and coaching families.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• CF-SLPs or CCC-SLPs on track to completion may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in homes, daycares, ABA centers, and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and care teams to implement goals.
• Use a coaching model with parent education to support therapy at home and in routines.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to ASHA and state regulations.
