Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist for a contract assignment in a daycare setting near Little Rock, AR. The role runs now through late May 2027, serving a caseload of 36-40 students with IEP-guided therapy.

You will deliver therapy, complete assessments and progress notes, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in IEP meetings. Onsite work with a possible remote day.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license required; candidates in CFY are welcome.
• ASHA CCC preferred, but not mandatory.
• Prior experience working in school or daycare settings is highly valued.
• Comfortable providing services to a pediatric caseload, adapting strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions as outlined by student IEPs.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and maintain thorough records.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development as appropriate in an educational environment.
