Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students near Gloucester, VA. The position blends onsite work with potential teletherapy options, offering a manageable caseload and a stable 37.5-hour week.

You will hold CCC and a current SLP license, work with pediatric school-aged populations, and collaborate with teachers and families to develop IEPs while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold current SLP license and CCC.
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged caseloads.
• Knowledge of assessments, diagnostics, and therapy planning.
• Teletherapy platform experience preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to supervise an SLPA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports.
• Supervise and support an SLPA when needed.
• Ensure compliance with school and federal guidelines.
