Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will design personalized therapy plans and collaborate with families, BCBAs, and occupational therapists to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Indiana licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Experience conducting speech and language assessments and therapy services.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language and swallowing disorders in pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
• Provide direct therapy using a variety of techniques tailored to client needs.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain patient records in our EMR system.
