Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients’ homes. The SLP will guide caregivers, conduct evaluations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Evaluate and plan therapy, train caregivers and families.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes and communicate with families about therapy.
• Attend continuing education activities and participate in QA programs.
• Maintain adequate caseload and productivity.
