BAYADA is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to support Early Intervention and Pediatrics in Delaware. Covering an existing caseload near Middletown, Odessa, Townsend with potential secondary load for part-time or full-time transitions.

Qualifikationen

• Active SLP license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.
• Active Delaware license.

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments—homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
