Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver early intervention to children and families across New Jersey in home and community settings. This flexible per-diem contract allows you to tailor your caseload to your availability while making a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing IFSP outcomes, delivering therapy in natural environments, coaching families, and completing NJEIS-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Speech Language Pathology license.
• Strong communication, collaboration and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide speech and language therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child's development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJEIS guidelines.
