Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Delaware is recruiting Speech-Language Pathologists to support early intervention and pediatric caseloads in New Castle and Kent Counties. We offer flexible schedules with per diem, part-time, or full-time opportunities and compensation up to $95 per coverage visit and $85 per feeding visit, with travel stipends and weekly pay.

As part of BAYADA's supportive team, you’ll receive dedicated clinical support, paid orientation, ongoing development, and tools to work in

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.
• Active Delaware license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
