Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc is a privately owned pediatric speech therapy clinic in Huntsville, TX, seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. You will evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication needs, delivering family-centered care in a flexible schedule environment.

The role offers a highly flexible schedule (own hours or four 10-hour days), supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for Texas SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred.
• CCC-SLP certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized speech-language evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families, including caregiver education and coaching.
• Track progress and complete timely, accurate documentation and reports.
• Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress and needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other providers as appropriate.
• Maintain professional standards and ethical practice, and keep up with continuing education.
