Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
Massachusetts state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Minimum 5 years of pediatric clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive assessment and treatment of pediatric communication disorders in outpatient settings.
Language sample analysis, standardized tests, and other evaluation methods.
Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidenced-based therapies.
Provide parent/caregiver education and counseling on diagnoses and progress.
Document evaluation reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with other speech-language pathologists, physicians, and educators.
Contribute to program development and ongoing clinical education.
