Job summary

A Therapy Connection in Richardson, TX is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children with speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders. Pediatric experience and a passion for family-centered care are essential.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; CCC-SLP is preferred. Feeding/swallowing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
• Pediatrics experience is required.
• Feeding/swallowing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for speech sound disorders, language delays, pragmatic language deficits, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, BCBA’s, and other professionals as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
