Affinity Home Health Care Inc. seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for children with speech, language, and feeding disorders across outpatient and acute care settings.

The role emphasizes evidence-based, individualized plans and family-centered therapy. The candidate will document progress in the EMR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in care conferences and ongoing professional development to advance patient

Qualifications

Experience in pediatric speech, language, and feeding evaluation and treatment.
Strong collaboration and communication within multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of standardized assessment tools and evidence-based practices.

Responsabilités

Provide evaluation and treatment for children with speech, language, and feeding disorders in outpatient and acute care settings.
Conduct standardized assessments and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
Deliver both individual and family-centered therapy sessions.
Document clinical notes and progress in the EMR.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and families to enhance functional communication skills.
Participate in care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
