Achieve Beyond in Nassau, NY is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Evaluator to provide pediatric evaluations and therapy in homes, schools, and clinics within the New York area. Qualifications

• Must be NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children from birth to 21 years in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
• Follow therapy plans and plan ongoing treatment, addressing identified goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.
• Maintain child records and ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
