Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide itinerant therapy for children from birth through age 5 across homes, daycares, preschools, and clinic environments.

You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality, individualized care, with flexible scheduling, strong mentorship, and a supportive work environment designed to help families achieve meaningful communication milestones.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• TSHH or TSSLD certification preferred.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFY candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide itinerant therapy for birth to age 5 in homes, daycares, preschools, and clinics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care.
• Support families to achieve meaningful communication progress.
• Manage a flexible, child-led, play-based therapy approach.
