Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide itinerant therapy for children birth to age 5 in homes, daycares, preschools, and clinics across Western New York. You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, individualized care and meaningful family outcomes.

The role emphasizes child-led, play-based therapy with flexible scheduling, potential hybrid options, and opportunities for mentorship and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Certification as a TSHH or TSSLD preferred/required.
• ASHA CCCs preferred.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide itinerant therapy services for children birth through age 5 in homes, daycares, preschools, and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Support child-led, play-based therapy to promote developmental milestones.
• Manage a localized territory with a manageable caseload.
• Flexible scheduling and potential hybrid/facility-based opportunities.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology

Certification as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
