Job summary

HY 5 Speech in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a contracted pediatric speech-language pathologist to diagnose and treat communication disorders in children. You will create customized treatment plans, deliver therapy sessions, and maintain session notes with families, while choosing a flexible caseload based on location and interests.

Teletherapy options may be available, and mentorship or caseload support will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy sessions.
• Maintain session notes and progress updates for families.
• Coordinate with families to communicate progress and goals.
