Job summary

Kaleidoscope Learning Center & Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in developing communication, language, and social interaction skills within a school setting. You will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress in daily communication.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy for expressive, receptive, and social communication.
• Address articulation and language development and pragmatics.
• Monitor progress using data and observation.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and staff for carryover.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
