Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Pediatric Sleep Technologist to conduct overnight polysomnography in our pediatric sleep center. You will set up electrodes, monitor data, and assist families in understanding the sleep study procedure.

The role requires RPSGT or board eligibility, 1–2 years of polysomnography experience, and BLS. Night shifts, weekend flexibility, onsite at 275 Charles Street. Competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• RPSGT or board eligible required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of polysomnography experience preferred.
• Pediatric sleep disorder knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare pediatric patients for overnight sleep studies, ensuring proper placement of electrodes and sensors.
• Monitor patients during sleep studies to ensure data accuracy and patient safety.
• Perform data acquisition during sleep studies, including EEG, EKG, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
• Evaluate polysomnography data to diagnose pediatric sleep disorders.
• Communicate with pediatric patients and families to explain procedures and alleviate concerns.
• Maintain thorough records of study procedures and results.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and other specialists to develop treatment plans.
