Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool students in a dynamic school setting for the 2026-27 year. These are in-person roles with either part-time or full-time schedules across 2–3 school sites.

The candidate must hold an active SLP-CCC credential, have school-based pediatric experience, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to implement IEPs and monitor progress. Caseloads are 50–55 students with routine documentation and site rotation.

• Background in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiarity with the educational environment.
• Strong documentation and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to preschool students (caseload of 50-55).
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through standardized assessments and informal observations.
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs and therapy goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student achievement.
• Rotate between 2-3 nearby school sites (one per day).
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
