Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role near Long Beach, CA. The full-time, onsite position runs ASAP through the end of the school year, serving a diverse K-12 caseload.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and clinicians to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, develop IEPs, and mentor SLPA staff.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA licensure required.
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred.
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Enthusiasm for supporting children with diverse needs in a collaborative educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy to K-12 students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members to optimize student outcomes.
• Maintain thorough records and document student progress.
• Support and mentor SLPA team members as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school-based activities.
