Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a School Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. You will provide counseling to students and families, participate in a multi-tiered system of support, and assist with initial and annual IEP development, helping children reach their full potential.

The role requires strong collaboration with teachers, parents, and external agencies, independent work with ethical standards, and meticulous documentation to ensure compliance and timely services.

Qualifications

• State Social Worker License required.
• Master's Degree in social work or related field.
• LCSW credential required or eligible.
• Experience or training in pediatric mental health preferred.
• Ability to work independently with ethical standards.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with teachers, staff, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities
