Job summary

Soliant seeks a licensed RN to support a 7-year-old student with complex medical needs in a New Jersey school. This on-site, full-time contract runs through mid-June 2027, with daily hours from 8:25 am to 2:40 pm, including classroom and transportation support.

Responsibilities include administering medications, managing dysphagia-related care, G-tube feeding, toileting, and maintaining health records; travel to the student’s home for 1:1 transport support each morning.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and pediatric school experience.
• Experience with conditions such as dysphagia, duodenal atresia and malrotation.
• Competent with G-tube feeding, catheterization, toileting and diapering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one nursing care and support during school day and transportation.
• Monitor health status and address medical needs promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications per physician orders and care plans.
• Support feeding, toileting, catheterization and personal care as required.
• Maintain health records and communicate with guardians and school staff.
