Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a speech-language pathologist to support preschool and elementary students across multiple school sites near Ellijay, GA. The contract runs from July 27, 2026 through May 2027, for about 24 hours per week, three days on-site.

The role involves collaboration with teachers, families, and special education staff to foster communication milestones and student success, with IEP alignment and ongoing progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and implementation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Adaptability in multi-site roles

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children from preschool to 5th grade
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
• Implement and document intervention strategies in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate in school or district meetings as required
