Thrive By 5 in Syracuse, NY seeks a school-based Physical Therapist to provide services to children birth-5. This is a full-time role, but part-time can be considered.

Qualifications

• Doctoral, M.A., or M.S. degree in Physical Therapy.
• New York State License in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with the clinical team and other service providers on caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled Physical Therapy services to children birth-5 in school settings.
• Contribute to development and follow-through of IEP goals.
• Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings.
• Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals.
• Complete session notes and annual reviews as required.
• Maintain high clinical and ethical standards in service provision.
