Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct appropriate evaluation of students referred for related services under IDEA.
• Participate in development of IEP or 504 plans for eligible students.
• Collaborate with other personnel regarding students’ needs.
• Maintain records of service provided.
