Rehab Resources is seeking a School Based Physical Therapist to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services to students with physical needs in Wisconsin schools around Waukesha and Washington County. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students’ mobility, participation, and academic success.

This contract runs from late January 2027 through April/May 2027, with flexible hours per week based on availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin PT license required.
• DPI certification or willingness to obtain.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide PT interventions to students with physical therapy needs in school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and educational staff to support mobility, participation and academic success.

Ability to participate in sustained activity for up to four hours at a time.
