Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our Bay Area team, serving students across K–12 in Santa Clara County.

You will conduct pediatric OT assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and help develop IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and specialists.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT assessments of students' motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Provide individual and group therapy to support development.
• Develop IEP goals focused on fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation.
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, psychologists, and staff.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
