Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education seeks compassionate Occupational Therapists to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team in San Francisco. You will provide direct therapy, perform school-based assessments, and collaborate with teachers, families, and colleagues to advance student outcomes.

We offer mentorship, ongoing education, and flexible, clinician-friendly schedules. California licensure and TB/fingerprint clearances are required, with competitive hourly compensation and relocation/referral

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or is eligible for) a valid California OT license.
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, plans and progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
