Job summary

Syneos Health in Richmond, VA seeks a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory. You will implement clients' marketing plans using your scientific knowledge and sales acumen, plan coverage, engage providers, and provide educational support to physicians and nursing staff.

Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience required. Must be able to travel and hold a valid driver's license; territory-based work.

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement. You will:

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years' business to business (B2B) or 1-2 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
