Qualifications

• Kentucky-certified Respiratory Therapy Student status required.
• CPR/BLS certification provided if needed.
• Strong desire to learn and work with diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Ability to follow training and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory care procedures (oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, humidification, bronchopulmonary hygiene) within student scope.
• Collaborate with RTs, pulmonologists and care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Engage residents in activities while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Uphold core values of compassion, wellness, excellence, and empowerment.
• Maintain compliance with training, health standards and facility policies.

Education

Kentucky-certified Respiratory Therapy Student (limited mandatory certification)
