Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident for the Pediatric Unit at a regional medical center to deliver patient-centered, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, full-time night shift role requires a Washington RN license and BLS certification, with PALS certification to be obtained within 6 months. The position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to work with a team delivering advanced pediatric care.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Current Washington RN license and BLS certification.
Within 6 months, obtain PALS certification.
Experience or recent graduation with less than 12 months of practice preferred.
Preferred: Specialized national certification in pediatrics or relevant area.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care based on evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure safety and comfort of pediatric patients during their stay.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards.
Support patient advocacy and education.
