BayCare's Pediatric RN Residency at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital in Tampa offers a 12-month program for new graduate nurses to specialize in pediatrics, with rotations across Pulmonary, Neurology/GI, Hematology/Oncology, Cardiac Stepdown, and Pediatric Float Team.

You'll gain hands-on clinical experience, with a dedicated preceptor and educator support, and training in patient safety, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice within a compassionate BayCare culture.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN required, BSN preferred.
• Less than six months of RN experience by Feb 15, 2027.
• Active RN license in Florida by Feb 1, 2027.
• Current BLS certification.
