Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN within four years for RNs with <12 months experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and collect information from interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct care team, coordinate resources, and manage time and equipment.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust plan of care as needed.
