Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license or compact-state RN license required.
• If compact license, must reside in nurse's state of residence.
• No hospital RN/LPN experience? Pass Patient Care Orientation within 30 days.
• AHA BLS For Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
• AHA PALS Provider within 365 days.
• RN competency day annually by transcript due date.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessment of patients and families as part of the medical care plan.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions and evaluate effectiveness.
• Ensure safe and effective care with timely adjustments to the plan.
