Qualifications

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse License or Compact state RN license.
• If no hospital experience, complete Patient Care Orientation within 30 days.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
• AHA PALS Provider within 365 days.
• RN competency validated annually by transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan holistic patient care in collaboration with the medical plan of care.
• Implement interventions and evaluate effectiveness in a timely manner.
• Provide safe, effective care for pediatric and select adult patients.
• Collaborate with families to support patient-centered care.
