Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Levine Children’s Pediatric Clinic Myers Park in Charlotte, NC. The 24-hour workweek features three 8-hour shifts from 8a-5p in a pediatric ambulatory setting.

Compassion, strong nursing judgment, and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality care. The position requires completion of an accredited nursing program, active RN license in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• One year of Nursing experience needed.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
