Advocate Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the GCMG Pediatric Extended Care in Huntersville, NC. The role is Full-time with a 24-hour weekly schedule, including weekends (Fri-Sun, 8a-8p).

The ideal candidate holds a nursing license, BSN is preferred, and BLS is required. Expect to deliver high-quality pediatric care in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and team collaboration within Advocate Health’s integrated system.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license (or temporary RN Practitioner license) in the state of work.
• BSN degree preferred per policy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Identifies expected outcomes for an individualized care plan.
• Develops a plan with strategies to achieve outcomes.
