Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND, is seeking an RN navigator to support our Pediatric Surgery clinic. You will coordinate care, assist with in-clinic procedures, and help families access necessary education and resources. The role involves clinic rooming duties and outreach activities across the region.

BSN is required, and current RN licensure is expected. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, focusing on patient-centered care and collaboration with surgeons and nursing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Current RN license in state where practice occurs.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate care and support families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the pediatric surgery team to ensure timely treatment.
• Room patients for clinic visits and assist with in-clinic procedures.
• Support outreach clinics to improve access to specialized care.
• Communicate effectively with families, providers and support staff.
• Maintain patient flow and advocate for patient-centered care.
